96,748 residents served across six Bronzeville communities — Near South Side, Douglas, Oakland, Fuller Park, Grand Boulevard, and Washington Park
Community-funded through a historic 2020 vote — with an overwhelming 88% of voters choosing to invest in their own mental health and wellness
66.5% of residents identify as Black, a proportion more than twice Chicago's citywide rate — making culturally grounded care note essential.
Accessible care — cost won't be a barrier. BWC was built to meet people exactly where they are
